MCC Mymensingh

This is the building for our office - it is semi connected to a house on the right that is the home of our landlord. Our office is in a famous/central part of town. Beside our office is the former prime ministers home, the district court buildings, and several expensive apartment buildings. It is also a noisy part of town, there is always a kid's school program or rock concert within hearing. On the first floor we have a garage for MCC cars and motorcycles as well as many different kinds of machines and materials. The producers (women who make the sample handicrafts that I design) have one room and Rofiq (the engineer) has another room. On the first floor (I forget what the floor above the ground floor is called) is my office and everyone's office. There are four rooms, which are all pretty small. My room has three other people besides me - it's tight. The top floor of the building has a conference room, kitchen, and two guest rooms. I got to pick out the curtain fabric - Grameen Check. The roof isn't finished, but soon there will be space their for us to develop handicrafts.
