A normal visit to a cotton factory

Normal is....

...not being introduced or shaking hands when I go to a cotton factory
...being stared at from 3' away at the cotton factory
...the electricity going off everyday during the cotton factory's production time
...being given a snack at the cotton factory
...saying no when I actually do want the snack (they still give it)
...men earning 1400 taka a month while women earn 1200 taka for the same work at the cotton factory
...going into the cotton factory and not being provided with safety masks or being told to stay away from machinery
...eating rice at lunch during our visit to the cotton factory
...women's restrooms not being available for the day that I visit the cotton factory
